I recently bought my second bike from Wigan Motorcycles. Due to injury I had to complete the whole transaction over the phone which I have to admit is not my favourite way to communicate. Steve (Smith) was very helpful, was easy to speak with and I did not feel put under any pressure at any time. This, I’m happy to say, matched the experience the first time I bought a bike from the company. So it’s a full five stars from me and a pat on the back for all the team involved in getting a bike built up and ready for the road. Keep on doing the good stuff

I purchased my new bike over the phone. When it was delivered, the driver was in a bit of a hurry to get to another destination, so I didn’t have the opportunity to check over the bike while he was with me. I found a scratched panel, which I sent pictures of to the salesman I had been dealing with. He swung into action, with no questions asked, he arranged bike collection, panel replacement and return of my bike, all at considerable expense to them, as I live in Scotland. I was so impressed by their offer that I asked them to send a replacement panel instead, which I fitted, so as to save them money. Hassle free, great attitude to customer service. Well done, keep up the good work

Travelled up from Surrey to look at a first bike for my son, because of the terrific price. The manager and the rest of the Suzuki team could not have been more kind and helpful, from the initial telephone call and reserving the bike for a week, to the walk round and inevitable purchase, they were superb. The price was the best I could find anywhere in the country, and still the bike was serviced, and Datataged. Phenomenal! And that was with the clear knowledge that that due to the distance involved, it is highly unlikely we will revisit for servicing. I wish we lived closer, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just taken my new Royal Enfield Interceptor for its first service (06.09.19) Excellent customer service from Will and the team. Went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer. Well worth a visit and they have some fantastic stock. Thanks guys ????????
