Digital instrumentation
The Aprilia RS 125 has a new backlit digital dashboard containing useful info such as fuel level, instantaneous and average consumption, remaining mileage and much more. It can also be connected to Aprilia MIA, the app that links your smartphone to the engine for an enhanced riding experience.
Perfect ergonomics
The latest iteration of the Aprilia RS 125 sees the clip-ons position raised by 18 mm, resulting in an improved riding position that offers unprecedented comfort while still ensuring riders experience the famed performance and feeling.
A chassis that sets the benchmark
Drawing on decades of track experience and success, the Aprilia Racing Team have designed an aluminium frame that is a world first. Constructed from diecast beams with crossed reinforcement ribs, the RS 125's lightweight yet robust structure delivers outstanding handling and stability both on the road and track. The upside-down fork and single shock secured to the asymmetrical swingarm add the final flourishes to a chassis that is, in short, simply stunning.
Ergonomics and digital display
The Aprilia RS 125 promises a riding position that is truly sporty, with no compromises and no shortcuts taken. The foot pegs are designed to avoid fatigue, the handlebar is placed so that the rider has total control of the bike, with the clip-ons raised by 18 mm for greater comfort. The Aprilia RS 125 also sports a new digital instrument display, packed with data such as fuel level indicator, instantaneous and average fuel consumption, remaining mileage and much more.
Quick Shift
The Aprilia RS 125 can accommodate Quick Shift, the innovative gear change feature tested by Aprilia on race tracks the world over. This electronic system monitors torque interruption whilst the gear is engaged, taking into account the amount of throttle and revs so that the rider can upshift without using the clutch.
ABS
The Aprilia RS 125 sports the latest dual-channel ABS, developed in collaboration with Bosch and fitted with an anti-rollover system for greater safety during emergency braking. Stability and grip on bends is enhanced, courtesy of new Michelin tyres, with the section of the rear one an impressive 140 mm.
